Our Services
The work of Structural Integration, developed by Dr. Ida P. Rolf, is traditionally received in ten 90 min sessions that build in sequence, one upon the other.
Each session is designed to work a specific area and achieve certain structural goals with the ultimate aim of bringing the body into more upright balance.
This improves posture, respiration, movement, balance, and eases discomfort and pain. It can also restore function. Optimally , the sessions are scheduled once a week.
